NFL Week 5 Betting Odds & Picks

NFL betting lines are tightening heading into Week 5, and the latest BET99 NFL odds feature a trio of exciting upcoming matchups.

Philadelphia Eagles vs. Jacksonville Jaguars

  • Spread: Jaguars -6.5 (-110)

  • Moneyline: Eagles +245/Jaguars -290

  • Over/Under: 42.5 (-110)

  • Time: Sunday, October 11 at 9:30 a.m. ET

The Jacksonville Jaguars will begin a nomadic portion of their schedule with a trip to their second home in London. The Jags are absolutely rolling and headed for comfortable surroundings, while the Eagles appear no closer to stabilizing in the early part of their schedule and now have to head international.

San Francisco 49ers vs. Seattle Seahawks

  • Spread: Seahawks -3 (-115)

  • Moneyline: 49ers +140/Seahawks -160

  • Over/Under: 47.0 (-110)

  • Time: Sunday, October 11 at 4:25 p.m. ET

It’s yet another high-stakes clash atop the NFC West between the San Francisco 49ers and Seattle Seahawks. Brock Purdy, playing like an MVP candidate, will take his spotless record in 2026 up against a Seattle secondary low on bodies and yet to fully click this year. As was the case last season, it seems likely this is the first of three meetings between the divisional rivals in 2026.

Buffalo Bills vs. L.A. Rams

  • Spread: Rams -3 (-115)

  • Moneyline: Bills +130/Rams -150

  • Over/Under: 54.5 (-110)

  • Time: Monday, October 12 at 8:15 p.m. ET

The game of the week may be saved for last, as the Buffalo Bills try to rebound from a loss as they head to Hollywood to face an L.A. Rams team riding high. In a potential Super Bowl preview, the Rams would love the first calm, straightforward game of their season… but are awfully unlikely to get it against Josh Allen and the Bills.

Stay ahead of the game with the latest NFL betting lines, picks, and predictions, all in one place at BET99.

NFL Week 4 Power Rankings 2026

1. Buffalo Bills

The Bills retain the top spot… barely. After they attempted to give away a win against the L.A. Chargers in Week 3, the New England Patriots salvaged the early part of their season with a win over the divisional foe. A cross-country trip to face the L.A. Rams in primetime looms large.

2. Kansas City Chiefs

An epic back-and-forth divisional battle against the Las Vegas Raiders ended with the Chiefs closing it out in seasoned fashion, and the NFL universe reminded these Chiefs are still firmly a part of the contender conversation in 2026.

3. Seattle Seahawks

The Bolts were allowed to get back into the game in yet another incomplete Seahawks performance, but the defending champions did what was needed, rebounding from an upset loss to the Commanders.

4. San Francisco 49ers

The 49ers are undefeated, and Brock Purdy’s been nearly perfect, albeit benefiting from a banged-up Broncos secondary in Week 4. An awesome test awaits, with the 49ers headed to Seattle in Week 5.

5. Jacksonville Jaguars

The Jags continue to reinforce their status as a true contender after they successfully muted the Cincinnati Bengals’ offense in a gritty Week 4 win.

6. L.A. Rams

The Rams appear to be a team of chaos, after another wild, dramatic game in Week 4. Their comeback against the Eagles, in Philadelphia, was impressive, but they’ve played sloppy football through the first month.

7. Baltimore Ravens

They saw off a lifeless Titans team and the Declan Doyle-led offense continues to impress, but questions loom with Lamar Jackson hobbled by an ankle injury.

8. Denver Broncos

The Broncos’ first-half woes continued against the 49ers, with a bland offense yet against putting them into a hole. Denver regularly claws its way out of these funks, but at some point, it needs to either put together a complete game or it fades out of a crowded AFC picture.

9. Chicago Bears

Whether it’s Case Keenum or Tyson Bagent, the Bears’ offense is going to find a way to slice through its opponents. After a truly dominating performance against the Jets in Week 4, Chicago is rolling and another week closer to getting Caleb Williams back.

10. Las Vegas Raiders

They may have fallen short, but few teams impressed more than the upstart Raiders in Week 4. Now 3-1 with the lone loss coming at the hands of Kansas City, the Raiders are solid on both sides of the ball and seemingly have staying power in the playoff race.
