What Happened in NFL Wild Card Weekend?
Bears 31 Packers 27 (Chicago +1.5)
The third meeting between these two iconic NFC North rivals brought about the highest level of drama yet, as a 25-point fourth quarter from the Chicago Bears stunned the Green Bay Packers. All season long, the Bears have proven they’re never fully down and out – but they saved their most impressive trick for the biggest spot.
Bills 27 Jaguars 24 (Buffalo +2)
After four lead changes in the fourth quarter, a classic between the Buffalo Bills and Jacksonville Jaguars came to an abrupt end, as Trevor Lawrence was picked off on the opening play of the Jags’ final possession. With Josh Allen the only one left standing among the NFL’s quarterback elite, the Bills took the first step in what could be their best shot.
49ers 23 Eagles 19 (San Francisco +5.5)
It was a fitting way for the Philadelphia Eagles’ title defense to end, in a loss that had all the hallmarks of the 2025 team. There was offensive dysfunction, sideline drama between AJ Brown and Nick Sirianni, and disgruntled fans letting their voices be heard as a team that never found its footing bowed out.
Super Bowl Odds for Every NFL Playoff Team
Here's the updated Super Bowl odds following Wild Card weekend results:
Seattle Seahawks (+285)
Just two weeks after the Seattle Seahawks held off the San Francisco 49ers in a rock fight to win the NFC West and the NFC’s No. 1 seed, the divisional rivals will meet again – this time in Seattle.
L.A. Rams (+320)
Despite a stiff test from the Carolina Panthers and now, a trip to face the never-say-die Chicago Bears, the L.A. Rams remain just behind the Seahawks on the odds board. A third meeting between the NFL’s two best teams, in the NFC Championship game, looms.
Buffalo Bills (+575)
A back-and-forth battle in Jacksonville ended in unceremonious fashion and helped to send the Buffalo Bills to Mile High to face the Denver Broncos. Despite Buffalo’s potential path to the Super Bowl coming entirely on the road, Josh Allen has inspired confidence.
New England Patriots (+625)
The L.A. Chargers were suffocated in a playoff game they didn’t exactly show up to, but a much stronger test awaits the New England Patriots this weekend with a brutally tough Houston Texans defense headed to the Northeast.
Denver Broncos (+750)
After a much-needed bye week, the Denver Broncos must prepare to see Josh Allen in what could be his best shot at finally getting over the hump and onto the NFL’s biggest stage.
Houston Texans (+850)
The Houston Texans didn’t skip a beat in their first playoff game, continuing to play the brand of football that saw them surge into the postseason as one of the league’s hottest teams.
Chicago Bears (+1450)
Another game, another scene of incredible late-game heroics out of the Chicago Bears. After dispatching the hated Green Bay Packers, Caleb Williams and an undeniable group will welcome the Rams to Soldier Field.
San Francisco 49ers (+1900)
A pyrrhic victory in Philadelphia saw the San Francisco 49ers lose their spiritual leader in George Kittle, but Kyle Shanahan’s team has long since proven injuries won’t derail this team.
