NFL Week 6 Betting Odds & Picks
NFL betting lines are tightening heading into Week 6, and the latest BET99 NFL odds feature a trio of exciting upcoming matchups.
Seattle Seahawks vs. Denver Broncos
Spread: Seahawks -3 (-110)
Moneyline: Seahawks -150/Broncos +130
Over/Under: 41.0 (-110)
Time: Thursday, October 15 at 8:15 p.m. ET
The Week 6 slate will get underway with a highly intriguing matchup between a pair of Super Bowl hopefuls, neither of which have played their best football in 2026. The Seahawks are rightfully favoured, but travelling on a short week, to Mile High, after a physical game against the San Francisco 49ers is a thankless spot. If there’s ever a game for the Broncos to start hot, it’s this.
Houston Texans vs. Jacksonville Jaguars
Spread: Jaguars -2.5 (-115)
Moneyline: Texans +125/Jaguars -145
Over/Under: 43.0 (-110)
Time: Sunday, October 18 at 9:30 a.m. ET
Finally off the mat in 2026, the Texans head to London to play one of the league’s best teams. Houston was able to smother a terrible Tennessee Titans team to get its first win on the season, but a clash against the Jags will give us an idea of whether that was simply a soft spot, or if it is going to round into the form expected of it this year.
Buffalo Bills vs. Las Vegas Raiders
Spread: Bills -5.5 (-115)
Moneyline: Bills -270/Raiders +225
Over/Under: 53.5 (-110)
Time: Sunday, October 18 at 4:25 p.m. ET
It’s been a few weeks since we’ve seen the Bills at their best, but in Las Vegas, where Bills Mafia will descend en masse, is a prime spot for the AFC titans to round back into form. For the Raiders, the pressure is ramping up. After a 3-0 start, they’ve dropped two straight and now face a six-week stretch in which they play the Bills, Rams, 49ers, Seahawks, and Broncos.
Stay ahead of the game with the latest NFL betting lines, picks, and predictions, all in one place at BET99.
NFL Week 5 Power Rankings 2026
1. San Francisco 49ers
An intense, turnover-riddled NFC West showdown ended with the San Francisco 49ers on top and leaving Seattle still undefeated. These 49ers are as resilient as any team in recent memory and, crucially, finally found some success against the Seahawks after they were suffocated by the Super Bowl champions three times last season.
2. Buffalo Bills
The Bills did brilliantly to go into L.A. and find a way to win against the Rams in primetime, albeit with help from appalling special teams play out of the home team, but it’s tough not to knock them after three straight middling performances.
3. Kansas City Chiefs
The undefeated Chiefs come out fresh from the bye week and into a divisional clash with the lifeless, winless L.A. Chargers.
4. Jacksonville Jaguars
A miraculous win in London over the Philadelphia Eagles kicked off the Jags’ two-week stint in England, with the no-longer-winless Houston Texans headed over for an AFC South clash in Week 6.
5. Seattle Seahawks
A shockingly messy game out of the Seahawks was no better illustrated than by a crucial drop from reigning Offensive Player of the Year Jaxon Smith-Njigba. Though they’ve dropped just two games, we’ve rarely seen the Seahawks’ best football this year.
6. L.A. Rams
The NFL’s most chaotic team, and most damaging special teams unit, was at it again on Monday night. After Sean McVay coached scared at the end of regulation and in attempting to set up a game-winning field goal in overtime, however, cost them just as much as special teams.
7. Baltimore Ravens
With Lamar Jackson sidelined, the name of the game for the Ravens is survive and move on. With Snoop Huntley, they did just that on Sunday night in Atlanta.
8. New England Patriots
Last year’s AFC champions might be back. One week after knocking off Buffalo, they dismantled the Las Vegas Raiders, and find themselves 3-2 despite a sloppy start. Most importantly, 2025 MVP runner-up Drake Maye has rediscovered his form.
9. Denver Broncos
Sean Payton took back playcalling and the Broncos got a soft spot against a softer Chargers team, but it was a familiar story. There’s a lot to like in Denver, but through five weeks, they are yet to play four good quarters.
10. Minnesota Vikings
The Vikings’ defense remains the most fearsome single unit in the NFL, and with Kyler Murray putting together his best game yet in his brief Vikes career, there’s optimism in Minnesota. Simply being average offensively will keep Minnesota firmly in the mix in the NFC.
